These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CASINOMASTERYACADEMY website, training services, and materials. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site or enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, including our Privacy and Cookie Policies. You must be 18 years or older to participate in our training programs.

Service Overview

CASINOMASTERYACADEMY offers in-person and simulated casino training for croupiers and poker dealers. Our programs are designed to prepare students for real-world employment and include assistance with PFL licensing applications.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions punctually
  • Comply with training facility rules and conduct expectations
  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students

Payments & Refunds

Payment is required before your course begins. All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars. Our refund policy is outlined separately on the Refund Policy page.

Licensing & Certification

Upon successful completion of your course, we will assist with your Personal Functional Licence (PFL) application. Issuance of the licence is at the discretion of the Gambling Commission and subject to their requirements.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of CASINOMASTERYACADEMY and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by applicable law. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of these Terms or for conduct that we determine to be unlawful, abusive, or disruptive.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Toronto.
